Categorizing transactions
I am hooking up your bank account to the bank feed section in your accounting software and categorize all expenses and income, so that you could get the right amount of deductions at tax time and things goes in right categories on a tax return.

Reconcile Bank Accounts
Аt the end of the month, after categorizing, I will reconcile the bank accounts. That involves getting the bank statement from the bank, making sure that all transactions are matching with accounting software, and they have an exact same balance.

Sending Financial Reports
After all steps are done, It’s time to summarize all data in Financial Reports (Balance Sheet, Income Statement and Statement of Cashflow), then double check everything and make an awesome presentation of what happened with your business during a month, quarter or a year.
